- What you'll be doing: _
- Delivering excellent projects for a portfolio of clients, with a focus on helping them achieve significant change
- Collect, analyse and interpret data about the client’s business and/or sector to identify weaknesses and problems, and their causes.
- Present findings, recommendations and suggestions to clients with ample justification and practical advice.
- Continually improve and refine your personal approach to equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI).
- Design and manage strategic and operational interventions to improve the diversity and inclusion efforts of existing and potential clients;
- Collaborate extensively with team members, client teams and wider stakeholders.
- Represent our company at various external events and industry meetings;

- Demonstrable ability to deliver tangible operational outcomes with a results driven mentality.
- Empathetic and positive attitude to engaging with clients and helping them exceed their goals.
- Driven, self-motivated, resilient, enthusiastic and deeply committed to EDI.
- Experience building and maintaining positive (senior stakeholder) relationships.
- Exceptional written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of attention to detail and conscientiousness.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights.
- Must be comfortable in a start-up environment, with the ability to move quickly and wear many hats.
- A background in management consulting and/or project management will be beneficial.
- Educated to degree level preferred but not essential.
- Must be passionate about equality, diversity and inclusion and want to make a positive difference to this world.

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
