**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing access control, operating vehicle barrier, and providing information.
- Monitoring and patrolling designated areas for security and safety.
- Completing reports and administrative duties regarding maintenance issues.
- Monitoring of alarms & CCTV system.
- Upholding the highest standards of customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Essential:_
- At least 1 year of corporate security experience.
- Valid SIA Security Guarding, Door Supervisor or Close Protection Licence.
- Commitment to providing first-class customer service.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Fully comprehensive 5-year work/unemployment/education history screenable to BS7858.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Reliability.
- Desirable:_
- Valid SIA CCTV licence.
