**You will**
- Monitoring safety and supporting site wide EHS objectives
- EPOQ - monitor waiting stocks making sure that you communicate and work with the replenishment team leader to ensure stock is being replenished on time
- Support on short ships and work with Stock Control on analysing the reports
- Check all equipment is in working order and support with logging of issues
- Support the team leaders and trainers to ensure teams licences don’t run out and training is completed on time
- Ensure team’s quality of customer orders are to Loreals standards and challenge team when not
- Providing regular liaison between the team and the team leader
- In the absence of the Team Leader, step up leading the shift, holding briefings etc
- Pull teams reports for performance and provide to team leader
- Manage and analyse overrides in the team and create action plan on how to reduce
- Ad-hoc requirements as deemed by line manager, including project work
- Ensuring 100% GDPR compliance within the team

**You have**
- Experience within an order preparation, and picking & packing is essential, with proof of good attendance and performance
- The ability to problem solve and to demonstrate a logical approach to tasks
- A flexible approach to work tasks and working hours to meet the needs of the business
- Excellent people skills
- Good organisational skills and the ability to constantly prioritise work
- Attention to detail with high quality standards and excellent communication skills
- Comfortable with working autonomously and with high levels of initiative
- Basic experience with Excel, Teams and Outlook
