Receptionist/administrator

We have around 200 cars in stock priced from £10,000 to £50,000, with our experienced in-house buying team sourcing only the best cars from all around the country. There are over 30 brands for customers to choose from and are warmly welcomed into our contemporary indoor showroom. There is a new state of the art preparation centre behind the main showroom which prepares all the cars ready for display. This includes 5 ramps, an MOT bay, SMART and paint repair, tyre changer and wheel balancer, and a valet bay area.

**What we're looking for**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and meticulous front of house customer experience ambassador, who will deliver an outstanding level of service to all of our visitors whilst managing and maintaining a comfortable atmosphere throughout the entire reception including our customer waiting areas.

The role will also involve supporting with general administrative tasks across the business.

This is a new exciting start up with large future expansion plans across the north of England.

**Essential Skills**:

- Passionate about delivering great customer service.
- Exceptional face-to-face communication skills.
- A real eye for detail.
- Able to build positive working relationships with others.
- Comfortable with technology and supporting with general administrative duties.
- Strong ability to multi-task, think on your feet, problem solve and when necessary ‘roll your sleeves up and get involved’ with an appetite to grow and develop
- Good time keeping skills.
- Full UK driving licence.

**Benefits**:

- Salary - £19,000
- Full Time Permanent Contract, 4 days on 4 days off on rolling basis
- Mondays to Saturdays 9am to 6pm, Sundays 10:30am to 5pm
