Do you want tocontribute to the important work of our crime solicitors?

Watson Woodhouse arelooking to recruit a skilled and motivated Crime Secretary that will join ourdynamic team. As a Crime Secretary, you will play a crucial role in supportingour solicitors in their criminal cases, legal proceedings, additionally youwill be required to provide regular reception cover.

Responsibilities

·        Assistin the management of case files, including organising and maintainingdocumentation, evidence, and relevant records.

·        Coordinateappointments, meetings, and court hearing for our Solicitors.

·        Prepareand draft legal documents, reports, and correspondence.

·        Maintaincommunication with relevant parties.

·        Handleconfidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintaindata integrity.

·        Provideadministrative support, including managing calendars, and handling incoming/outgoing correspondence whilst maintaining electronic filing systems.

Requirements 

·        Previousexperience as a secretary or an administrative assistant in a legal setting ispreferred.

·        Strongorgnasational skills and a keen eye for details as you will manage multipletasks and deadlines effectively.

·        Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to interact withdiverse individuals.

·        Knowledgeof legal terminology. Procedures and confidentiality requirements would beadvantageous.

·        Abilityto work alone or as part of a team.
