**Sales Administrator Job in New Milton**
Our client: an award-winning business based in New Milton are recruiting a Sales Administrator role. The Sales Administrator will work as part of the team that delivers excellent customer service by ensuring accurate planning and order processing. The businessworks at a high pace to deliver its products within very short timeframes, so speed and accuracy are key.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Maintain product data within their system, including prices, names and setting up new product codes
- Ensure demand forecasts are maintained in their systems, using customer forecasts and information from account managers
- Ensure orders are received from customers each day without any errors or delays
- Identify significant variances between orders and forecasts, proactively flagging these to the business to get confirmation that they can be delivered before confirming with customers
- Make amendments to orders as required due to operational constraints
**Skills and Experience**:
- Attention to Detail - accuracy is critical in planning and processing of orders
- Working under pressure - the daily timeline is tight, and deadlines must be met to ensure products packed and dispatched on time so an ability to work to deadlines is important
- Problem solving - react to changes during the day, working alongside all departments to reach a solution
- Continuous Improvement - working alongside the Systems and Data Analyst to improve processes and reduce labour time
- To be self-motivated and goal orientated
**Salary and Benefits**:
- A salary of £25,000 - £27,000 per annum
- Working Monday to Friday 7.30 am - 4.30 pm
- 32 days holiday entitlement including bank Holiday’s
