**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
Work alongside HR Advisors as a 1st point of contact for enquiries and respond to, or refer enquiries as appropriate
Inputting/maintaining data on Global HR Information system
Maintaining information on turnover / headcount
Supporting ad-hoc projects where appropriate
Electronic & manual filing of employee records
Preparation of employment contracts
Preparation of confirmation letters related to variations to terms & conditions
Maintaining DBS checks/renewals
Undertaking Continuous Professional Development and training to update own skills & knowledge
Booking meeting rooms
Recruitment / on-boarding / off-boarding
Payroll
Learning & Development
**Job Requirements**:
Able to meet the entry requirements of the Level 3 CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice
To work accurately & efficiently both as part of a team or unsupervised
To maintain information in a confidential manner, adhering to date protection regulations
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
