An exciting opportunity has arisen at Battles. We are seeking a E-Commence Executive to join our team.

Battles started in 1832 and is an award-winning manufacturer and leading provider of all the major animal health, equestrian and pet care brands worldwide. 192 years later, we are still going from strength-to-strength and continuing to carve our name as the first-choice equestrian wholesaler.

The E-Commence Executive will be responsible for working with the marketing team to manage all of our e-commerce platforms, both B2B and B2C.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring all products are listed to the highest possible standards.
- Managing all eCommerce platforms including promotional and marketing activity
- Monitor and report on KPIs: Conversions, SEO and Average Order Value
- Update and manage content inclusive of all website banners, landing pages, product content.
- Managing the online product catalogue, handling all product creation and associated attributes and product tags.
- Assist in online development projects and testing.
- Responsible for the routine deployment of all ecommerce activities and the day-to-day upkeep of all websites
- You will project manage E-commerce developments and identify customer behaviours by analysing data and suggest enhancements based on the results
- Provide direct support for internal departments and external partners that require operational knowledge of our ecommerce portfolio.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience in an ecommerce role
- Familiar with website analytics tools such as Google analytics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce best practice and trends.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to work within multiple brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand look and feel across all media.
