**About The Right Mortgage**

We are a completely independent Network for mortgage and protection brokers with over 700 members across the UK. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT & CRM professional to oversee the running of daily IT operations, manage the System & IT function, provide support to our staff and members and be involved in various project work.

This role will suit an ambitious, self-motivated individual who takes pride in delivering the best. You will have a high level of attention to detail, be a critical thinker with strong communication skills and a positive, 'can-do' attitude.

**Requirements of an IT & CRM Lead**
- _Required:_ Advanced Excel Skills are required
- _Required_: Previous experience of using/developing CRM systems
- _Required_: Knowledge of one of the following is required: Zoho Deluge, C++, Python, Java, JavaScript, or Swift.
- _Required_: Previous experience of managing a complex CRM project.
- _Required:_ Previous experience managing a team.
- _Preferred_: Industry experience in a similar role within mortgage & insurance intermediary sector.

**Responsibilities of IT & CRM Lead**
- Ensure that all of the IT within the company is running correctly and resolve any problems where needed
- Participate in planning and designing technologies to meet the growing needs of the business
- Be the project lead on our customer-facing adviser CRM System.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and management of the Company’s internal CRM system, Zoho CRM
- Oversee the management of the Companies data warehouse, including creating and maintaining critical SQL queries
- Manage Direct Reports offering coaching, leadership and training to effectively manage performance

**Salary of an IT & CRM Lead**

**£45,000 - £55,000 **a year dependant on experience to receive the higher salary banding you must have 2 years previous experience carrying out the same role for another Mortgage network

**Working pattern of an IT & CRM Lead**
- Monday - Friday
- 9am - 5pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
