**The role will involve taking bookings from customers using a diary system, greeting the customers when they enter the showroom, ensuring that you have a clear understanding of the work required.**:
**Liaising with the customer and the workshop to ensure that all parties are updated as to the vehicles progress through the workshop and opportunities to up sell additional work are taken ensuring any additional work approved is carried out.**:
**You will be responsible for the administration of the process including invoicing which you present to the customer and explain in detail on their return.**:
**You will have the ability to sell additional services and required work to customers via the telephone or face to face.**:
