Purchase Ledger Assistant

Change Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting a Purchase Ledger Assistant role for a great SME business based in Clevedon. Working in a small finance team, you will take responsibility for a selection of supplier accounts.
Duties will include:
- Checking and processing purchase invoices
- Liaising with suppliers to resolve invoice queries
- Gaining authorisation / PO’s from line management for purchase invoices
- Setting up payment runs for the Finance Director
- Ad-hoc support to the Finance Director as required
This role is ideal for someone with some finance experience or someone currently starting their career through AAT studies. There is also potential for this role to take on additional responsibilities if you wished.
In return this role offers a salary range of £25k - £27k depending on experience, 24 days holiday and hybrid working after initial training period.
