We're looking for a committed and passionate Mentor & Coach who can inspire individuals to work towards unlocking their potential, developing into leaders and individuals of character. This position requires strong communication skills, an ability to motivate, and the ability to keep students actively engaged in sports and related activities.

We are passionate about the power of sport, particularly rugby, in developing the potential in people both on and off the field of play. This is what forms our purpose at Switch Rugby.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be able to demonstrate a basic knowledge of the skills, rules and strategies of a range of sports.
- To plan, deliver and review high quality mentoring and coaching sessions with young people.
- Liaise with teachers and support staff regularly regarding mentees
- Have a basic knowledge of first aid and safety equipment.
- Know how to deal with conflict management situations.
- Demonstrate knowledge of various mentoring & coaching techniques.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the techniques needed to effectively communicate with young people.

**Salary**: £19,500.00-£20,800.00 per year
