**ACCOUNTS/ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT**

Brackenwood Property Management are seeking an Accounts/Administration Assistant for our Ballyclare Office, to provide a full range of financial management duties and administration support to the Property Managers.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Accounts**

Experience working with Quickbooks Desktop - Accountant Edition or similar accounts package

Producing year end reports and PNL statements for Property Managers

Assist with the preparation and maintenance of development budgets

Raising monthly invoices

Purchase and sales ledgers

Credit control

Bank Reconciliations

**General Office**

Providing administrative and clerical support as needed

Answering / Transferring Calls to relevant department

Greeting Shareholders / Contractors

Post - Open & Distribute to correct department

**PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE**:
Clerical & Accounts Adminstration Experience Essential

Excellent IT skills, particularly excel.
