Our client is one of the UK's leading Microsoft Partners, they specialise in implementing innovative and functional software solutions into businesses in the charity and non-profit sector. This is an exciting opportunity to join as our client is at a timeof ongoing growth and success with the opportunity to make a real difference on significant long-term projects.

As a Data Management Consultant, you will be you will be working closely with our customers on integration solutions to migrate and Integrate data from several source systems into the Power Platform. You will be using technologies such as Microsoft SQL ServerIntegration services/Azure Data Factories in conjunction with Kingswaysoft connection toolkit to develop solutions to effectively meet our clients' needs.

- Job Accountabilities
- Working with data effectively to provide rich data Analysis, with an understanding of Data Mapping, Data Validation, Data Cleansing and Data Migration from other business systems to the Power Platform
- You will Lead on the development and implementation of transformation of data from existing systems into Power Platform.
- Collaborating with functional consultants and developers to ensure data design, functionality, and processes are aligned to meet the client needs for the design and build and build of modern data platforms such as data lakes / Azure SQL /PowerBI etc.
- Confidently coach and mentor clients
- Developing best practice, processes, and standards for effectively carrying out data migration activities, to minimise data burden and disruption and assist with translating data requirements into test scenarios for user acceptance testing.

- Understand Big Data workloads and distributed data processing.
- Are an experienced in Data Migration and Transformation technologies.
- Have good problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, communication skills.
- Able to form strong and lasting relationships with clients and colleagues, and key stakeholders at every level.
- Are passionate about Data transformation technologies.
