WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can front our new offices. For this we are looking for a professional with a passion for delivering fantastic service and someone who is willing to turn their hand to any activity. This is a superb opportunity to join a dynamic business boasting a huge international presence.

This role is either full time or part time, as we look to expand the team. Based within our modern London Victoria offices, your main activities will include:
You will act as the face of our organisation, greeting and hosting guests
Switchboard - Taking phone calls and forwarding calls and messages
Looking after all meeting spaces and our new ‘arena’, preparing seating arrangements, ordering and setting out refreshments; General housekeeping of these areas
Meeting rooms - Booking meeting rooms and managing the meeting room diaries
You will get involved with in-office events and organise the wider staff community
We need someone to handle all incoming and outgoing mail as well as arranging special deliveries and collections
Catering - sourcing catering for meetings, events and the overall office
Although we are looking to be more technical focused we still need stationary which you will be in charge of ordering and maintaining
Health and safety - fire warden coordination and replenishing first aid kits throughout the office
Ad hoc duties - processing business cards for staff from design, approving proof and ordering; event co-ordination in the office; assisting with organising office space.
Assisting with facility-related matters - reporting any office issues to line manager and/or facilities manager
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NEED
Experience as a receptionist, PA, secretary or administrator is preferred
A track record of delivering customer service
Ability to work well in a team
Proficiency using MS Office packages and other software
We are looking for someone who is willing muck in where they can
