**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Personalized Care**: Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- **Medication Assistance**: Support clients in managing their medications as prescribed, maintaining accurate records and ensuring proper administration.
- **Household Support**: Help with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and grocery shopping, creating a clean and organized living environment for the client.
- **Companionship**: Provide meaningful companionship, engaging in conversations, and participating in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
- **Care Documentation**: Maintain detailed and accurate care records, documenting observations, activities, and any changes in the client's condition.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Care Experience**: Previous experience as a Support Worker or Carer, preferably in a home care setting, demonstrating a genuine commitment to providing high-quality care.
- **Empathy**: Display empathy, patience, and respect when interacting with clients, valuing their preferences and promoting their independence.
- **Communication Skills**: Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring clear and transparent communication.
