**Band 3 Appointments Administrator**

**Location**: Hillingdon

**Job Type**: Temporary

**Duration of booking**: Expected to last 6 - 8 weeks with possible extension

**Proposed start date**: ASAP

**Pay Rates**:£12.50 per hour Umbrella or £11 per hour PAYE inclusive of holiday

**Working Days and Hours**:15 hours - 2 days per week, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays (8.30am - 4.30pm or 9.00am to 5pm)

- **Smartcard - Desirable**:

- Highly organised with administrative experience in a healthcare setting
- Attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner
- Flexible approach to working

**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- Booking appointments on SystmOne,
- Dealing with cancellations
- Managing waiting lists
- Re-booking/re-scheduling appointments.
- Sending appointment letters and other correspondence.
- Filing, photocopying, scanning documents.
- Dealing with telephone queries.
- Preparing clinic files.
