**THE COMPANY**:
Brewster Partners are looking for a Reward Analyst, for a national organisation based in Leeds, with options of remote working.

**THE JOB**:
This is a full time, permanent role, offering remote working, which can be done predominantly from home, with occasional meetings (around once per month) in Sheffield, Leeds or Manchester, which ever suits you to do so.

In this role you will support the Head of Reward in the development of a long-term reward strategy, as well as being required to review and analyse reward systems and data, and the provision of robust management information informing HR, management and colleaguedecision making.
- Ad hoc analysing and reporting of reward themes, trends and practice to prompt and inform HR decision making
- Create a dynamic Reward Management Information (MI) dashboard to provide business and HR professionals insight into current reward metrics
- Identify data set anomalies through practical use of and auditing of multiple systems to ensure data integrity
- Undertake internal and external reward benchmarking
- Provide insight and interpretation across a range of reward issues
- Collaborate with People Services to ensure system interfaces relating to Reward to ensure appropriate flow of data, accuracy and ease of colleague accessibility

**THE PERSON**:

- Knowledge of employment law
- Experience of a HR Generalist or Reward environment, would be advantageous
- Strong team player, and possesses a can do attitude
- Experience of using a HR system
- Have an ability to explain complex information in easy to understand ways

**THE BENEFITS**:
A salary of circa £35k, hybrid working (around one day per month in the office, flexible office location; Sheffield, Leeds or Manchester) as well as other flexible working options.
