**Job Title**:Client Care Assistant (Receptionist)

**Salary**:£23,795.20 per annum (full-time equivalent)

**Location**: Cinque Ports Vets, Rye

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Hours**: 31 hours per week, share of a Saturday rota to be discussed at interview

**Cinque Ports Vets are looking for a pro-active, empathetic person to join their fantastic Client Care team**

**Your role and responsibilities**

We are a busy practice and your role will be varied. We're looking for someone who can multitask, loves a challenge and working at a fast pace, takes pride in their work; knowing you have made a difference to someone's day gives fantastic job satisfaction.
A good sense of humour also helps

The duties will involve, but are not limited to:

- Welcoming clients and their pets in a warm, professional manner.
- Managing the diary; booking in appointments and surgical procedures.
- Pro-active communication between clients and colleagues to ensure the day runs smoothly.
- Administration duties e.g. scanning paperwork, filling in forms etc.
- Processing prescription requests.
- Taking payments.
- Promoting offers and services.
- Ensuring that reception is clean and well-stocked.

**About us**

Cinque Ports Vets provides routine primary care services and emergency care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with VetsNow on-site providing continuity in cases and patient care. We offer keyhole surgery, laser therapy, and acupuncture treatments. You will be supported by a full and experienced team of Registered Veterinary Nurses (RVN), that carry out both nurse consults and vaccinations.
