Our client is a leading testing company who have been established for over 20 years. They are currently looking for an **Accounts Assistant** to join their dedicated accounts team in **Rye, East Sussex**.

As an **Accounts Assistant** you will be inputting data to the accounting software, reviewing data to ensure accuracy of data input as well as updating of spreadsheets and files and providing support to the accounts department.

**Due to the location of the role, your own transport is required.**
- Demonstrable experience in a similar position
- Possess an excellent attention to detail
- Have a good working knowledge of spreadsheets
- Be computer literate
- Ability to work quickly and accurately
- Experience using Oracle software is desirable however full training will be provided

**Your duties as an Accounts Assistant would be**:

- Data entry
- Reviewing data to ensure accuracy of data input
- Updating of spreadsheets and files
- Providing support to the accounts department
- Any other general administration duties required

**Salary**:
£25,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience

**Hours**:

- 3 - 4 days per week to start and will increase to full time
- 9am - 5pm
- Temp to Perm position

**Location**:
Rye, East Sussex

This is an office-based role which will become hybrid working

**Start Date**:
ASAP

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temp to perm

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
