Award-Winning Conveyancer and Residential Property Expert

We are a leading law firm that provides expert legal services to individuals and businesses across the UK.

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Property Law Solicitor/Conveyancer to join our team in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property cases, ensuring that all client work is progressed expeditiously and that clients are kept regularly informed on progress and costs.

• Manage all client work allocated by the Head of Department or other Partner in the Firm, in accordance with detailed policies, procedures, and departmental manuals.
• Ensure that all client work is progressed efficiently, and that clients are kept regularly informed on progress and costs.
• Exercise high standards of client care in a professional and pleasant manner.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of the Firm's and client documentation and information.
• Achieve agreed levels of billing and time recording.
• Comply with Solicitors Accounts Rules and the Rules on the Professional Conduct of Solicitors.
• Supervise, support, and develop immediate support staff.
• Take responsibility for and attend to self-development.
• Comply with relevant training requirements of the Law Society and assist with in-house training as may be required.

The salary for this role is approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive pension scheme, private healthcare, and generous holiday allowance.
