Our client is a leading facades contractor with a reputation for delivering high-quality and innovative solutions to their clients.
They currently have a requirement commencing in June. For an experienced Resident Liaison Officer. To act as liaison with residents and client. and also assist with photographic surveys of properties.
Will be supporting the Project Manager and Site Manager with ensuring the business provides a customer focused service for all stakeholders involved on their contract.
**Contract**: Fixed term contract - 10 Months full time. Excellent day rate / salary on offer.
**Responsibilities**
As a **Resident Liaison Officer**, you’ll be working within the Project Management Team, supporting them in facilitating the smooth running of projects.
Your day to day will include:
- Facilitate the smooth running of projects by building and maintaining positive relationships between the residents, sub-contractors, client representatives and Project Management team.
- Carrying out property condition surveys
- Arranging works and surveys appointment.
**What are we looking for?**
Have experience as a Resident Liaison Officer with a housing / Refurbishment background. External cladding would be ideal but not essential.
- Have an understanding of relevant legislation & compliance issues surrounding housing & property
- Have the ability to deal with sensitive & difficult scenarios.
