Assembly Worker

Warehouse Operative /Assembly worker required for a well-established Lighting solutions provider based in the Hemel Hempstead area. My client supplies to a wide range of industries including the retail, hospitality, and residential sectors.

**Assembly Worker / WarehouseOperative Position Overview**
- Assemble lighting products
- Liaise with the production supervisor and report any imminent stock shortages
- Comply with company standards and keep to customer specifications
- Self-inspect your own work and others
- Assist with the goods in and dispatch of orders and packaging
- Assist with wall to wall stock checks & cycle counts
- Inform the workshop manager of any damaged or lost tools or equipment
- Maintain clean & organised working environment
- Keep in line with company health and safety standards
- Other basic day-to-day duties, such as driving the company van to collect supplies or deliver finished goods

**Assembly Worker / WarehouseOperative Position Requirements**
- High level of spoken & written English
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience within a warehouse operative position
- Good level of manual dexterity
- Ability to work using own initiative, both independently as well as in a team
- A basic understanding of lighting / wiring is advantageous
- Must have a flexible approach to work
- Full, clean driving licence
- Must live within a commutable distance to Berkhamsted

**Assembly Worker / WarehouseOperative Position Remuneration**
- Full time - Permanent position
- Salary £23,000 - £25,000 (DOE)
- Monday - Friday Working Hrs TBC - (40-hour week). Overtime available, as required to meet the business needs
