**About the role**

**We're excited to be looking for an End Point Assessment (EPA) Service Improvement Apprentice** **to join our End Point Assessment Team.**

The purpose of End Point Assessment is to deliver positive, fair and rigorous End Point Assessments to apprentices across England whilst upholding compliance with regulatory requirements.

The NCFE EPA team is responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity of End Point Assessment and providing positive experiences to the recipients of this service.

The EPA Service Improvement Apprentice will support the team by providing timely and effective administrative support across a range of activities in line with our team objectives

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Working with our processes, systems and products and keep industry knowledge updated to get it ‘right first time’
- Driving service improvement and efficient ways of working
- Collaborating with other departments and in line with regulatory requirements
- Prioritising tasks, to ensure SLAs are met

- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including good grammar and spelling
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable skills and good knowledge of MS office or similar IT systems
- Ability to work under pressure within a fast-paced environment

**This role is office based therefore you will need to be within travel distance of Head Office.**
