We are seeking a skilled Independent End Point Assessor to join our team, working with the Community Activator Coach Standards. As a key member of our End Point Assessment team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality assessments and ensuring the integrity of our EPA platform.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver End Point Assessments in line with the Community Activator Coach Standards
- Utilize our EPA platform to record assessments and interact with apprentices
- Attend standardization events to ensure quality, compliance, and consistency
- Communicate with apprentices, ITPs, and employers on assessment and grading
- A recognized Assessor qualification (an additional IQA qualification would be desirable)
- At least 5 years occupational competency within the subject area
- Experience of producing clear and accurate reports
- A valid driving license and the flexibility to travel across your area
