**About you**

**About the role**

Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities for Exeter City Council. You will achieve this by contacting potential customers and promoting our products and services that meet their business needs. You will be responsible for creating and managing appointments, tracking and documenting calls and sales, and maintaining an updated customer database. You will have a desire to exceed monthly targets and KPIs.

You'll work within the Communications, Culture, Leisure & Tourism team. You will be joining a forward thinking, friendly and supportive team who are committed to providing a good service to colleagues, customers and other stakeholders across the city.
