**Job Title**:Admin Support

**Location**:iCope Islington, Basement, Finsbury Health Centre, 17 Pine Street, EC1R 0LP

**Hours**:Monday to Friday 9-5 (some early starts, or late finishes may be required, e.g., 8:30/5:30+)

**Trust**:Camden & Islington NHS Foundation Trust

**Contract Type**:Temporary**, **up to 2 months, potential for extension but not guaranteed.

**Band**:3/£12.97ph

**What you’ll be responsible for**:
1. Dealing with self-referrals which are done via our website or over the phone, or in person.

3. Dealing with cancellations and discharges, Opt-in sent and POPTI stages (ping-pong of contacts with patients, trying to book or contact them for certain information).

4. Helping with stationary order, stocking stationary in allocated space, dealing with daily health equipment checks, assisting on other admin tasks as and when needed.

5. Dealing with creating team rotas for both core duties and onsite cover.

**You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust**:
1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively always complete your role to the highest standard

3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:
1. Evidence of good general education to include GCSE or equivalent in maths and English

2. Substantial experience in a secretarial role

3. Accurate entry & retrieval of information on database systems, such as IAPTus

4. Proven ability to allocate work systematically and prioritise workload

5. An understanding of the Trust Equal Opportunities Policy & national legislation
- This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience_
