**Role in summary**:
You’re an Art Director with a portfolio of award-winning work from some of the worlds most recognised awards bodies. A passionate craftsperson, you’ll be comfortable creating ideas that connect with people across the shopper journey and media whether that’s instore advertising, experiential, OOH, digital, or social content. You’ll be the kind of innovative thinker who sees the opportunity in every brief and wants to inspire and push our clients and colleagues to produce the best work.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Collaborating closely with the wider creative team of copywriters and designers to develop original and impactful ideas
- Bringing your creative concepts to life through compelling visuals, design elements, and art direction that resonate with target audiences and elevate the brands' visual communication
- Contributing to the end-to-end development of marketing campaigns, ensuring the visual storytelling is cohesive and aligns with the core messaging as set out by our Copywriters
- Maintaining the integrity and consistency of the brands' visual identities across various marketing channels and campaigns
- Work with Account Managers to ensure each project, in accordance with briefing, is clearly outlined and estimated
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines and delivering high-quality work within budget
- Being a creative consultant to our clients, presenting ideas and demonstrating a clear understanding of their brand values and objectives

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Proven experience as an Art Director in a creative advertising agency or similar environment
- An established portfolio showcasing your ability to develop impactful and innovative visual concepts
- Experience working on FMCG clients
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides etc.)
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and a copywriter to deliver exceptional creative solutions
- Exceptional communication skills with the capacity to articulate and present ideas clearly and persuasively
