Are you a recent graduate with an interest in working in primary education? Do you have experience of working with children/young people?

Here at New Formation Education, we are working with a primary school in Enfield, North London who are searching for new support staff to join their teams starting this September. They require long-term, full-time classroom assistants, special needs support and those wanting to train as teachers.

If you’re available for a minimum of one academic year, please read on
- Be Graduates with Degrees in Math's, English, Sciences, Psychology, Education, Drama and Performing Arts. However, we welcome applicants with degrees beyond this
- Have some experience working with children/young people in roles such youth work / mentoring / tutoring / childcare/ volunteering will all be considered. A willingness to learn is essential
- Be positive, friendly, confident, outgoing, and unflappable under pressure
- A genuine interest and enthusiasm for supporting the next generation of children
- Be available full-time (Monday-Friday 8.30am-4pm)

The starting rate for entry Teaching Assistants is £80 - £105 per day and will be expected to rise as you continue to gain more experience within a school environment.
