Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Primary School in Enfield. As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and helping them navigate their school day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to a child with ASD, helping them to manage and overcome challenges.
  • Develop and implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior and reduce challenging behavior.
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist with lesson planning and delivery, ensuring that the child's needs are met and their learning is supported.
