Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tutor/Mntor to join our team. As a Tutor/Mentor, you will play a crucial role in providing educational support and guidance to students of various ages and academic levels.

**Duties**:

- Develop lesson plans and teaching materials to facilitate effective learning
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Utilise a variety of teaching techniques and resources to engage students and enhance their understanding
- Communicate with parents or guardians to provide updates on student performance and address any concerns
- Collaborate with teachers and other educational professionals to develop strategies for student success
- Provide guidance and support to students with special education needs, adapting teaching methods as necessary

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working with children or tutoring in an educational setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to establish rapport with students
- Flexibility and adaptability in adjusting teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles

Note: An up to date DBS in required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £24.00-£30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 40 per week
