**Benefits**
- Earning £840 to £945 per week (paid monthly), depending on client needs, includes £49 weekly meal allowance
- Travel expenses up to £50 paid for at the beginning and end of the placement
- Weekly in-person support and supervision in the client’s home from our dedicated care managers
- 'Out of hours' support in case of emergencies

**Job Description** The Role**

As a Live-In Care Professional, you will be supporting clients with home help, companionship, and assistance with bathing and dressing in their own homes. You will join a team of highly-skilled live-in care professionals who are dedicated to their clients as well as our Care Professionals.

Many of our live-in care clients are able-bodied, and their expectation from live-in care is to enhance the quality of their lives in their own home and, stay connected to their local community. It is important that you are dedicated and can look for ways to engage daily with them, whether that's a visit to a garden centre, cooking together, or simply doing puzzles, board games or, reminiscing together.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide companionship and emotional support to the client.
- Assist with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide medication reminders and assistance with taking medications.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks.
- Help with meal preparation and clean up.
- Monitor the safety of the client in the home.
- Assist with errands.

**Qualifications** What we are looking for from you**:

- You will be willing to be a PAYE employee
- You have a minimum of 3 years experience with live-in care in the UK, ideally including dementia care
- You must have the Right to work in the UK
- Ideally you will have an Update DBS
- You are able and willing to cook fresh food from scratch
- You are patient and understanding with a calm and friendly approach
- You have a genuine, kind, patient, compassionate, caring nature
- Your communication skills with management, clients, and/or family members are excellent
