We are seeking a dedicated Adult Nurse Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional care to adults in the community.

This role will be based in the Guildford area, where our company has established a strong presence in complex care packages.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating personalized care plans for each client, working closely with a core team of carers to deliver high-quality care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering tailored care plans specific to individual client needs
  • Effectively managing the multidisciplinary team through strong communication and teamwork
  • Providing ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs
  • Delivering nursing interventions, including medicine management
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and their families

  • 1 day working from home per week / 4 days in the community
  • Monday to Friday (9-5) hours
