**Position: Warranty Administrator - Motor Industry**:

- **Pay: £25,000 -£27,000 per annum plus very good company benefits plus performance related bonus which could be £120 - £175 per month (not guaranteed)**:

- **Location: Haywards Heath, West Sussex**:

- **Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 17:00, 08:00 - 18:00 or 08:30 - 18:30 on a rosta basis plus 1 in 4 Saturday mornings 0800-1300**:

We are delighted to be assisting a very successful and established motor dealership as they seek to recruit a warranty administrator due to strong growth levels within the business.

**The role**:
With a methodical approach and eye for detail you will be supporting the Warranty Manager in a vital role, processing, submitting and tracking warranty claims.

A team player who can help out with other various service duties. The role requires communication with Manufacturers. You will be required to maintain a good professional relationship and assist Technicians, Workshop Control and Service personnel with warranty queries.

**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Ensure all warranty Job Cards are written to comply with warranty procedures and advise of any concerns.
- Retain any defective parts, administer and arrange return as required/requested.
- Keep up to date with changes in warranty process and ensure that relevant parties are advised.
- Possess excellent organisational and time management skills
- Assist with service reception duties

**Competencies / skills required**:

- Understand and follow manufacturers warranty repair processes
- Be able to communicate clearly and accurately in both written and verbal forms
- Be computer literate and able to learn new systems and processes
- Existing automotive technological knowledge is required for this role, with previous experience in a similar role advantageous.
