We have a part time vacancy for a cancer navigator to support the suspected cancer pathway

An opportunity has arisen within the Cancer Business Unit to be a Pathway Navigator, this will be supporting the suspected cancer pathway service. You will be working alongside a team of nurse specialists as well as consultants, nurses and secretaries.

We are looking for a highly experienced individual who has experience of using different trust systems, managing and monitoring patient pathways, alongside working independently as well as in a team.

You will need to have excellent demonstrable communication & relationship skills, be an enthusiastic & motivated leader & team player, with problem solving skills.

You will require high levels of tact, diplomacy & confidentiality, with the ability to prioritise your own workload effectively to enabling you to day to day manage.
