An exciting opportunity has arisen for a ward clerk to join the team on Children's Assessment at Dewsbury District Hospital. The Pinderfields and Dewsbury departments work closely together on a daily basis, so staff will have opportunities to develop and learn new skills in both departments. Pinderfields Hospital hosts a 24 hour children's assessment unit. The Children's Assessment Unit is open for 12 hours, 7 days a week at Dewsbury. This will require various working shift patterns covering 11.5 hour shifts.
We desire someone who is hard working, enthusiastic, dedicated and has a passion for delivering quality care. We are a friendly and supportive team rising to the challenges and working hard to achieve our targets. You will need to be able to problem solve and think under pressure, have excellent communication skills and have a positive outlook.
