Outpatients Clerk

If you answered 'yes' to the above, then we would love to hear from you as we have an opportunity to join our friendly team in Gynaecology Outpatients.

The purpose of this role is to support the Outpatients service for patients attending Gynaecology appointments, working closely with clinical staff from several health service providers.

You will operate a computerised appointment system to book in and re-schedule patient appointments. You will also be expected to liaise with medical secretaries, clinical staff and medical records departments, to ensure the timely and efficient day-to-day operation of all clinics.

You will also need to maintain an efficient appointment booking system so attention to detail is essential.
