To succeed you will be able to work as part of a team and independently and have a 'can do' attitude. You will need to have good communication skills, as well a desire to help people with a learning disability learn new skills, access employment opportunities and build friendships.

In addition to our building based service, Talkback deliver virtual sessions via platforms such as Zoom. This addition to our traditional service was developed during the Covid-19 lockdown and not only provides vital support for people unable to attend a building based services but connects our current sites and enables a wider range of activities to be shared with our members.

You will have the opportunity to help someone develop and grow as a person whilst making a difference that will live with you forever. And, as one of our team said **‘Working with people with a learning disability is the most rewarding and fulfilling role’**
