**Builder with team for Single-Storey Extension**

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Builder with a team to construct a single-storey extension for a wheelchair user to the side of a property. The extension will provide two bedrooms and a bathroom facility.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage and oversee the construction process of the single-storey extension from start to finish.

Work with the architect and the client to ensure that the project is completed within the set timeframe, budget, and quality standards.

Coordinate and supervise the work of the team of builders, electricians, and plumbers.

Ensure that the construction site is safe, clean, and complies with all health and safety regulations.

Monitor the progress of the project and make necessary adjustments to meet the project requirements.

Keep the client informed about the progress of the project and any issues that may arise.

**Requirements**:
A proven track record of successfully completing similar projects on time and within budget.

A team of skilled and experienced builders, electricians, and plumbers.

A good understanding of building regulations, health and safety regulations, and disability access requirements.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £22,207.53-£32,191.69 per year
