**Interim Head of HR**

**£650 per day plus expenses**

If you’ve worked in the food or FMCG industry and you enjoy ever changing environments, spinning plates, a demanding agenda and all of the above at speed - this Interim Head of HR role will be your dream job.

This is a role for someone who can switch from the strategic to the transactional, an experienced generalist who understands the pace and resilience required where your ER and IR skills are drawn on. A busy site supplying a range of demanding customers, this Interim Head of HR reports into the MD and manages a small team.

The variety of customers and deadline driven product ranges adds to the complexity. With a dotted line into the HRD, you will be required to have input into the strategic agenda for the business and at ease with getting involved in the day-to-day HR responsibilities for the site.

**The ideal background for this interim role would be **
- Strong senior level HR background.
- Significant HR generalist experience - happy to get involved yourself as well as leading a small team.
- FMCG or food manufacturing for the pace of the site.
- Confident communicator with professional influencing and stakeholder management ability.
- High energy able to draw and motivate the HR team.
- Be ‘in touch’ with the site, going into the factory to be a presence and contact - the senior HR expert who is known and accessible.
