With the expansion of our fabricated steel business, we have a new opportunity for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join the sales team. This initial sales support role will progress in time as your experience develops to become a key member of the team takingon additional sales and project responsibility. You will be working alongside other sales team's members to achieve targets.
Organisational responsibilities
Key tasks and responsibilities
- Working as part of the sales team
- Achieve sales targets and margins set within yearly budgets
- Order processing in a timely manner
- To be able to provide outstanding customer service
- Be able to liaise with other departments to deal with enquires efficiently and successfully
Compliance responsibilities
- Management of all processes in accordance with issued procedures
- Ensure compliance of any activities to General Data Protection Regulation so that those activities are performed in accordance with approved internal policies and procedures including but not limiting to Data Protection Policy
Key skills / abilities
- Previous experience in a sales or similar roles
- Good communication and writing skills
- Well-organized
- Health and safety conscious
- Can work on own initiative
- Can work as part of a team
- Good time keeping and attendance
- Ensure that outstanding customer service is upheld
