**Kitchen Sales Advisor**

The Kitchen Sales Advisor at Custom Fronts is more about building relationships than hard sales. In this role you will need to be able to develop relationships that support and educate our customers on our products and services, manage their expectations and build an understanding of what we can expect from them and what they can expect from us.

You'll be working within a small team, providing 1:1 to support for our clients with their new and exciting projects.

Home based with 1 day a week in our workshop office in Barcombe.

**The job**
- Learning about our products inside out and what makes us different to other companies/competitors
- You’ll use sales tools to sell our kitchen cabinet doors, expand the range of kitchen furniture, and deliver or exceed your targets by maximising all opportunities for sales of our products.
- Take responsibility for the end-to-end sales process, particularly closing the sale.
- Carry out phone advice with customers, check their final plan, and create cutting lists for the workshop.

**What’s needed**
- A proven track record in sales and have worked in a targeted environment with an emphasis on closing sales.
- A flair for design
- You’ll be able to build strong relationships and influence the sales process, enjoy working as part of a small team and have excellent communication skills.
- Great initiative and charismatic personality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 32 per week

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
