Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Band 3 NHS Patient Relations Call Handler to work within the University Hospitals of Birmingham on a 3 month ongoing temporary agency contact.

**Hours**
37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday)

**Rates**
£12.03 PAYE paid weekly through direct engagement
Subject to Holidays and Pension payments

**Main Duties**
- ** PALS Telephone Helpline support**:

- ** Call Handing duties - dealing with signposting and new enquiries (responsible for both internal and external enquiries)**:

- ** Maintain written and verbal communication with enquirers/ complainants as necessary**:

- ** Assist enquirers with their understanding of the process of making a compliant**:

- **Input and look up data on Trust IT systems in accordance with Trust policy access in order to obtain information**:

- ** Print out contact sheets, complaints packs, travel claim forms and ex-gratia claim forms in order to maintain supplies**:

- **Arrange meetings and appointments as required**:

- ** General administrative support as and when required**
