**Responsibilities**:
**Finance**
- o Demonstrate charity/social enterprise experience of working with restricted and unrestricted funding.
- o Manage QuickBooks, and all associated bookkeeping.
- o Develop and implement clear management and cashflow forecasts in xcell to track monthly income and expenditure.
- o Preparation of invoices accounts payable.
- o Support managers with budget interpretations.
- o Complete Vat returns, lead on HMRC.
- o Run monthly payroll for 10-15 staff on BrightPay.
- o Reconcile books on monthly basis.
- o Prepare year-end books and liaise with accountants.
- o Desirable AATQB qualified, working towards it, or otherwise demonstrate strong track record.
- o Produce monthly reports from POS system.
- o Submit the annual return.

**HR**

As a human resources officer, you'll need to:

- Have a clear understanding of the charity’s business objectives and be able to devise and implement policies that support them when appropriate.
- Manage HR software.
- Be involved in administering staff recruitment and induction.
- Deal with staff welfare and administration.
- Support the manger with pay reviews and benchmarking.
- Develop and implement policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
- Advise line managers in how to implement policies and procedures.
- Liaise with a range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance, and health and safety.
- Prepare staff handbooks, administer payroll and maintain employee records.
- Stay abreast of current UK employment practice.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 10-15 per week

**Salary**: £20.00-£30.00 per hour

- Human resources and Managing Finance: 2 years (required)
