Project Lead

This innovative project lead role offers a fantastic opportunity for an interested post holder to create a legacy of digital resources available to all staff across the system at point of induction; or potentially post induction.
The focus of this induction content will be on ‘how’ we communicate, develop relationships and collaborate - putting people in the centre, seeing what matters to people as important, This exciting project is a key part of local workforce development, with significant potential benefits for patients and communities.
**The post holder will**:
- Develop a digital resource, or range of resources, that bring Quality Conversations and personalisation concepts to life using real people, animation/digital approaches and fun/humour to increase impact and resonance.
- Ensure this resource will be suitable for people in all JUCD roles, but which can also be tailored by the user.
- Co-produce content with key stakeholders including workforce, patient and service user groups
- Liaise with key system partners to ensure the resource is accessible and part of the organisation induction offer
- Evaluate the initial impact of the training
You will become a part of the Derbyshire Psychological Insights team (a team with a range of psychological and behavioural expertise), which will enable you to draw on peer support, and a network of colleagues in similar roles.
This post is being offered for 8 months and is open to a range of professions, who meet the specified essential criteria.
