We are looking to recruit an Activities Coordinator to join our team at Hanford Manor. We are based in Hanford, Stoke-on-Trent.

Good public transport links to home. On site parking available
Shift pattern to be confirmed at interview. Weekend work required and flexibility with hours to accommodate residents need.

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.50 per hour

**Your duties will include**:

- Create and plan residents activities tailored to individual or group wants, needs and capabilities
- Organise day trip for residents of all abilities
- Encourage involvement with the local community
- Book external entertainment
- Help to promote mental health and well-being of individuals
- Organise resident meetings, collating and encouraging feedback for quality improvement
- Complete all required documentation relevant for activities
- Take part in regular training and meetings

**Required qualification**:
Previous experience desirable but not essential
