As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you are responsible for working in all areas of Food and Beverage as needed to deliver an excellent customer experience. You would be responsible looking after guests on a varied shift pattern including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bar service.

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks:

- Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
- Take and deliver customer orders
- Clear down and set up of the restaurant and bar
- Follow cash handling procedures
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure compliance of brand standards
- Ensure cleanliness of work areas
- Comply with local licensing laws, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
- Be environmentally aware
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
