Job description

This team administrator role is pivotal to the day-to-day running of AoC. You’ll be the first point of contact for members, prospective members, event speakers, and anyone else getting in touch. Your support to members through answering enquiries will enable them to lead their charities with expertise and the comfort of our support. Your administrative support will enable our senior team and trustee board to carry out their duties efficiently and with all the necessary information to hand. And most importantly, you’ll do all of this as part of a collaborative staff team, with plenty of support, learning, development in the sector, and fun along the way.

Most charities are headed by unpaid boards of volunteers, they have the legal responsibility for the running of the charity. We offer peer networks, many online resources, and access to a range of events and resources specifically for those in chairing roles. We have a busy events calendar, and our evaluations show consistent satisfaction with our services and people report changing their behaviour as a result of their engagement with us.
