We are currently looking for an Admissions Coordinator to join our busy team in Uxbridge, London, UK

The Admissions Coordinator (AC) is expected to play an important role in facilitating the admission function for Brunel Pathway College (BPC) and their University Partner (UP) as appropriate, as well as the broader Admissions and Compliance teams and Navitas’global network of regional offices.

**Contract Type**:Full Time, Permanent

**Admissions Coordinator Duties**:
The AC will also be required to establish strong links with the University Partner team members in order to ensure that;
- Applications are received and responded to in a timely manner
- Assessed accurately and that offers to study are distributed in a timely manner,
- Where appropriate, cases are referred to the relevant team(s) for further assessment and that
- Applications are handled in accordance with compliance related protocols.

**Admissions Coordinator Requirements**:
**Essential technical role requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree
- Admissions experience within the UK international higher education sector
- Support the admissions team with maintaining defined levels of service - speed and accuracy - to customers
- Take lead within the team in ensuring the admissions function is aligned to UKVI policy and guidelines
- Manage the preparation of documents required in order to issue a CAS statement
- Ensure the data integrity of files and records for all applicants as per UKVI policy and guidelines
- Help organise and conduct credibility and compliance checks including reviewing of bank statements, interviews
- Contribute to the alignment of BPC with the University Partner approaches in admissions and beyond
- Where identified help organise and provide training and development support to the team of admissions officers
- As needed, able to present or deputise for the admissions team in certain forums
- Prepare and present regular reports on compliance matters
- Any other duties as requested by the admissions manager

- A high degree of cultural sensitivity and awareness
- Familiarity with data protection / GDPR regulations
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally and domestically
