The Opportunity:

- As a Customer Service Manager you will manage the entire department
- Managing, motivating and developing a team of 6 people
- Managing all aspects of service levels from logistics, service and spare parts
- Developing and devising new ideas to streamline processes etc
- Work with all department heads of the business including Director level
- Taking control of big spend clients and ensuring smooth resolution to all issues
- Exceptional Customer Service Management experience
- Experienced in people management.
- MUST be used to dealing at the luxury end of the marketplace.
- Strong Team Leader
- Open on industries, it all about the person as long as you possess the initial required attributes.
